Today, Chef Florencio takes you behind the scenes to show how this incredible dish is made, step by step. It’s rich, flavorful, and unlike anything you’ve ever tasted!

Step 1: The Perfect Chile Relleno

The foundation of this dish is a perfectly battered and fried chile relleno. Chef Florencio carefully slices a fresh chile in half and stuffs it with queso Oaxaca, a creamy, melty cheese that enhances every bite.

Step 2: Stuffing the Tamale

Next comes the tamale, an essential part of this unique dish. After stuffing the chile with cheese, Chef Florencio takes it a step further—placing the chile inside a tamale.
